Meet The Staff

Renee‘ 

Renee is a experienced Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She has worked in Oral Surgery since 2007, prior to that she worked in Trauma Critical Care. She is certified in ACLS, PALS, BLS as well as a PALS & BLS instructor. Renee’ helped Dr. Black open his practice in RIPLEY in 2014 and Charleston in 2020 and is the Clinical Practice Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her 3 sons play basketball, traveling with her family and taking sports photography. She has been a resident of Jackson county since 2005. 

Savana 

Savana started as an intern at the office in summer of 2015. She recently finished her Registered Nurse Degree and passed her RN boards. She graduated with a specialized Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting with honors from West Virginia Junior College in 2015. She is D.A.A.N.C.E certified. She is also certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, BLS, ACLS and PALS. She has recently taken on the role of Implant Coordinator for our practice. Savana will be attending nursing school in the fall 2021.  Savana grew up in RIPLEY, WV and enjoys coaching gymnastics, hiking, kayaking, ATV riding, and all water sports.    

Danielle

Danielle is our Front Office Manager and Financial Coordinator. She has been with the practice since May 2016. She has an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from WV Junior College that she obtained in 2012. Danielle grew up in Jackson County and enjoys spending time with her 2 children and fishing with her husband.   

Hannah

Hannah is a Registered Nurse with our practice that started in early 2022. She enjoys her dog and her farm in Jackson County. She is graduate of WVU-Parkersburg.  She is also certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, BLS, ACLS and PALS. 

Emma-Rae 

Emma-Rae is a Oral Surgery Assistant that resides in Jackson County.  She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and all her animals. She is also certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, BLS, ACLS and PALS. 

Amy

Amy is a Oral Surgery Assistant that resides in Jackson County.  She enjoys the outdoors every day and exploring new adventures with her dog Sadie Mae and her sister. 

Taylor

Taylor is our insurance specialist that resides in Jackson County.   She is the one that will work up all the insurance estimates and let you know your out of pocket.  She enjoys reading and outdoor activities.
